Seah Chee Han is a business development and transformation leader with over 20 years of cross-border experience across Japan and Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Brunei, and Singapore.
He specialises in connecting businesses with growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and sustainable business practices—helping organisations navigate diverse markets with clarity and confidence.
His early exposure to the Japanese approach of customer-centric excellence and continuous improvement (Kaizen) laid a strong foundation for his professional philosophy, which emphasises long-term value creation, discipline, and trust.
Over the course of his career, Chee Han has led initiatives in market expansion, supplier network development, and performance improvement across multiple industries, including printing and packaging, automotive, energy, and pre-owned luxury goods.
Fluent in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Bahasa Indonesia, he brings a deep cross-cultural perspective to business collaboration, enabling him to bridge organisations across markets and align diverse stakeholders effectively.
